A luxury fragrance experience should feel clear from discovery to delivery. Here is how JOTEB handles shipping, delivery support and returns.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Typical transit after dispatch: Israel 1–3 business days, European Union 3–7, United Kingdom 4–8, United States 5–10, rest of world 7–14. Delivery always takes place within 30 days of your order at the latest — if we cannot meet that, you may cancel for a full refund.
Shipping Costs, Duties & Taxes
Shipping is calculated at checkout for your destination and shown before you pay; the final screen total is the total you are charged. Deliveries outside the country of dispatch may attract import duty or customs charges levied by the destination country — these are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
14-Day Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email with your order number, then return the goods within 14 days of that notice. Because fragrance is a sealed cosmetic, the right applies to bottles whose seal is still intact — an opened, sprayed or used bottle cannot be returned under this right, unless it is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
We refund the full purchase price plus the standard outbound shipping cost within 14 days of being told you are cancelling, to your original payment method, with no fee from us. We may wait until the goods reach us, or until you show proof of posting. Unless the item was faulty or misdescribed, you pay the cost of returning it.
Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items
If a parcel arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and the contents. We arrange a replacement or a full refund at our expense, including return postage. This applies whether or not the bottle has been opened.
Good to Know
- To cancel, email office@joteb-perfume.com with: your order number, the product, the order date and your name. No particular form of words is required.
- Please keep the original packaging until you have checked the order — an intact seal is what preserves your right to return an unopened bottle.
- Fragrance is classed as a restricted good by some carriers, which can affect which shipping methods are offered to your address. Any restriction is shown at checkout before you pay.
